VIM Coupon Book 2010
This is the second year that Clinic volunteers have put together a terrific gift book of discount coupons called the Berkshires Partnership in Caring. It contains coupons from 137 area businesses and organizations with values over $1,000! They include restaurants, shops, services, sports/outdoor activities and cultural organizations located in Great Barrington, Pittsfield, Lenox, Lee, Stockbridge, Sheffield, Becket, Monterey, Mill River, and Canaan, CT. The gift book provides an opportunity to save hundreds of dollars at places you may already frequent, and offers a wonderful way to learn about new places in the Berkshires.
Berkshires Partnership in Caring gift books are for sale for $25.00 each, plus shipping and handling. Printing was underwritten by Lee Bank; Schantz Galleries in Stockbridge, MA and an anonymous donor were also generous sponsors. The gift books were produced at no cost to participants. Everyone who purchases one will support the local economy, save money, and directly support the clinic. It’s a real win-win opportunity. People who attend book groups will like these coupons … so will people who drive cars, ride bikes, ski or work out; wear clothes or jewelry; get haircuts or manicures; eat in or eat out … the coupon book will quickly pay back the $25.00 cost. In addition, purchasers will find a coupon in the gift book for entering an e-Raffle to win a special “Spa Day” prize.
